As we are sure you are aware we will be supporting the Red Nose Day Appeal this week and next.

We are always very proud of the efforts that the children and staff go to support children both here and abroad who are unfortunately find themselves in extremely challenging circumstances through no fault of their own and we know that we will be able to count of the whole school community again this week.

We have had reflections in tutor time all this week – finding out about the worthy causes that the charity supports and all the children have had assemblies that have been raising the profile of the excellent work that can happen as a result of ours and others generosity – both in Africa and at home here in the UK.

There are a great many activities going on all this week and into next, culminating in a ‘Wear Something Red/Own Clothes Day on the last day of school Friday 31^st March. We will be asking all students and staff to contribute at least a pound for the privilege.  Please remind students that it will be a normal school timetable for the first two lessons of the day and so they will need the correct equipment for P1 and 2.
