Managing your money at University

Unidosh and MyBnk visit Sixth Form

Student personal finance charity, Unidosh, paid a visit to our aspiring Year 13 university applicants to give them a course in budgeting and managing finances. It was an interactive hour of financial education filled with activities about finding the best deals, stretching your money as well as information about student loans.

Susana, who is aspiring to study social work at University said “I enjoyed learning about managing money at University. I know that it will be difficult to sensibly manage your funds when you have your student loan enter your account at the beginning on the year but Unidosh has taught me how to budget and ensure I achieve a good financial balance and have money to live on and pay my rent.’
