Tottenham Hotspur's Daniel Levy Interview

Akobuike and Shane in our Upper Sixth met Daniel Levy, the British businessman and the current chairman of Premier League football side Tottenham Hotspur. He has held this post since 2001, making him the longest-serving chairman in the Premier League!

The boys, who play for our Basketball Academy, were invited to interview the chairman at the launch of the Greenhouse Dodgeball Fundraising event this week.

'We knew that Daniel is quite a controversial figure in football, so were looking forward to meeting him. We spoke about his club's involvement in the fundraising event and, of course, the new stadium!', said Shane.

Akobuike added, 'We have both been part of the Greenhouse Basketball Academy here for years now and it is such an important part of our lives, both in and out of school. It was interesting to find out about some of the high profile sponsors who help support the charity. We are very fortunate to be part of the programme here at Norwood and the amazing work they do , not just in our school, but all across London.'
