Thank you from all of us at The Norwood School to Daphne Marchant, one of our longest serving Governors who has retired from service recently.

Daphne was most recently a  Community Governor and had been a member of the Governing Body since 1994.  She was also a member of the Resources Committee and has attend as a member of the Disciplinary Panel for Permanent Exclusions and Behaviour Intervention.

She has now retired from the Civil Service and has worked as a Literacy and Numeracy tutor for a local charity for 12 years, she is also employed in the Probation Service for Young Offenders.
